The APR Design Guide for Plastic Recyclability sets guidelines and recognizes packaging innovations which help recycling. Based on a high-volume commercial scale recyclability test for shrink sleeves we demonstrated that our magnetizable coatings technology significantly improves sorting out of problematic labels in operations commonly used for recycling PET containers

How2Recycle, a project of the non-profit GreenBlue, is a standardized labeling system intended to communicate disposal instructions to the public. Magmark SS coatings, together with a PETG shrink sleeve and an otherwise recyclable PET bottle and cap, allow the bottle to be considered “Optimally Recyclable”, without the removal of the sleeves
